Research in Geriatrics

The Division of Geriatric Medicine is considered an International leader in research on the association between Driving and Cognitive Decline. The Division is also involved in a wide range of clinical research activities including Osteoporosis, early mobilization of the hospitalized elderly, the impact of Dementia on the Caregiver, Gender related issues of Aging, and optimal medication use in the elderly.
