Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk works under the direction of the Office Manager and the Administrative Assistant I.  The successful candidate will be assigned to a two year project. The primary duty in this role is to efficiently and accurately entering data.



  • Community college diploma or equivalent;
  • Data Entry (4000 keystrokes/hour);
  • Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision;
  • Good judgement, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in speaking and comprehending English;
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience;
