Medical Education Research: Learn about simulation in undergraduate teaching of cardiac physical exam skills, overcoming the barriers to bedside teaching, and evaluating the learning environment

Educational Objectives:

  1. Appreciate the performance results of first-year medical students afterteaching on a cardiac simulator.
  2. Recognize the current barriers to bedside teaching on the ward.
  3. Become familiar with the solutions to promote bedside teaching.
  4. Understand the importance and challenges of evaluating the learning environment.
