1. Able to identify and value interactive reflective writing-enhanced reflective capacity as a core component in humanistic, relationship-centered health care professions education and practice.

2. Knowledgeable about the role of interactive reflective writing-enhanced reflection in supporting professional identity formation and boosting resiliency.
